Provided horrible customer service. It is very disappointing how businesses think they can act and keep their location open. Your representatives need to be retrained.

They need to hire more people for pharmacy clerk. You will be waiting for half an hour or more just to pick up prescriptions. Calling to speak to pharmacy also a long wait.

Not enough people work in the pharmacy. Wait time over 30 minutes to pick up a prescription during afternoon when it's less busy.Also, there is never seem to be a manager on duty. Saw a potential theft in progress and wanted to report it around 12:20 pm on 2/7/23 but no manager in sight.
