I was made aware of some items that would be fixed under my warranty. I was very appreciative of their looking out for myself & my family members who drive my car. With my work vehicle which is serviced at another local dealer the customer service is night & day, I’ve left the dealership with items on a vehicle that should have been mentioned & would have prevented it from being on the road. “Need a brake hose made, hydraulic line, electrical fittings and wire? This is the place! I had brake lines made for my vintage Yamaha and I had them custom made here. Braided stainless steel housing. They made them on the spot. Wow, custom fit, great look all made here in Yuma! Great customer service! And talking to them, they won't sell you something they don't think will work or need. I just wish they made throttle and clutch cables to match these great brake lines.”

“100% recommend Mark at M&M for any work you need done on your machines. I blew a crankcase out on a trip to superstition on my CRF450R and needed to get it fixed before the riding season was over. I am an in-person face to face type of individual that needs to speak with someone upfront about expectations. Mark was the only shop in town I went to that gave me the time of day and stopped what he was doing and discussed what I wanted to get done and provided recommendations. He really cares about the people as well as his business. He provided me with some cost-effective options which I had not even though about. He was able to get my bike going again with some time on the back end of the season to go riding. I had full expectations to not get my bike back until end of March beginning of April since I dropped it off in the middle of the season. Glad I found M&M Off Road to work on my bike, runs like a brand-new bike now! Will be dropping it off for suspension work here in the future.”

“Very pleased with the work done here, as well as the staff. Needed a body repair on a fifth wheel that we were living in at the time. I called ahead of time, sent pictures and arranged for the work for when we were traveling through Yuma. Everything worked out well--parts were ready when I got into town, the repairs were top-notch, done well ahead of when I expected, and the staff (Sandra, Jose, Guillermo and everyone else) were fantastic. Several times I heard that "we like to keep our customers happy" and they lived up to their words. I observed work being done on other jobs and I was impressed with everything they did. “Went in there on a Monday to get a quote to get the front bumper fixed that Toyota dealership messed up and didn’t install correctly. Marco gave me the quote to order the part had the part and the shop by Wednesday morning, I took it in on Wednesday by noon and by Wednesday at 5 PM, my vehicle was back in My hands and he even give me instructions on that the other side needed to get replaced as well eventually. He is without a doubt so nice. His work is amazing and the prize was reasonable 100% and will be taking future car Bodywork services to them!”
