“My 12 year old was making a strange noise that was troubling me. One Biasi tech took me on a long test drive to isolate the noise and problem. He consulted his senior partner to be sure, they did a complete safety inspection up on the lift, the owner charged me a minimal labor fee (his tech worked with me over an hour!), and sent me on my way-there was no repair that needed fixing, and they were honest about that. The problem had to do with my recent oil change in Davis, when a tech must have inadvertently spilt oil on some belts. The sound occurs at start-up and a long start up initial idle. It stops after a few minutes of driving. Biasi's has a great reputation and a lot of business-they are only interested in getting their customers what they need, in and out. You can expect courteous and honest treatment here.”
