“Saturday, June 3, 2023, me and my cousin went to paint department exhausted from searching for paint to touch up damaged walls. We had been to two other places. Sorry I did not get the name of the young lady who helped us. She was extraordinary. Matched our paint chips PERFECTLY. The two places we went to prior were not helpful at all and really didn't care. Not this gal at Home Depot. She was friendly, professional, intelligent and helped us with our paint dilemma. From now on Home Depot is our first stop for home and garden projects.”
“My microwave went on the fritz. I checked online before I went the next day.I had a very large microwave 1100 watts that took up a good portion of counter space. The new one is smaller with 900 watts of power. I'm enjoying the usable space more.I am happy about the price and brand. Employee was very helpful with locating the microwave. It was down and under an end cap.There are no issues with the microwave. I just wish the top was smooth so my magnetic food cover would work.”

“i went to Home Depot the other day and this employee named Jim was so awesome. He went above and beyond to help me. He seen that I was on crutches and I wasn't able to carry the item I needed to buy. He offered & he also was nice enough to carry to my car. Three other employees walked right by me didn't ask to help or if I'm looking for anything. Before Jim came by I told myself I will take picture of the barcode of the item I wanted & go home & order it to have it delivered. All I can say is I appreciate the customer service that he gave me. He saved me time by assisting me. They need more employees like him. Thank You Jim!!!!!”
