“They were pretty quick for an oil change on my RR Evoque, we didn't even have time to work up an appetite shopping the local stores. They were good enough to provide a short video for the multi point inspection. Sadly, this was AFTER the service was done, or I would have had them replace the cabin filter. I forgot to ask.
They said they "washed" the car, which I would not have expected for a simple oil change, however, the car had been washed 2 days prior, and the single spot of dirt on the car, was still there when I picked it up.
Still, I was happy with the experience, and will be going back for additional services in the near future.”

“I received a warning on my car as I was driving down the freeway. Battery unable to recharge pull over to the side of the road. I yelped for this location and got my car there just in time. The mechanic Anthony immediately inspected my vehicle and we found that the serpentine belt had come off and completely shredded into pieces. This is the belt that attaches to the engine and the alternator. This created a number of problems and fixing the belt/replacing the belt would not solve the issue. Luis who manages the shop got on top of the job right away and was courteous enough to give me a ride to work. The cost for labor to fix BMWs is expensive but the value they delivered made it worth it. He kept me informed and exceeded my expectations delivering the vehicle, all fixed up in 24 hours. I will definitely be bringing my car back here and I’m grateful for the professionalism and service I received. Keep it up.”
