Franklin's Ace Hardware is a friendly and knowledgeable neighborhood store. It offers great prices, often lower than other stores, and has much more stock than its size would suggest. The staff is super friendly, always ready to help, and goes out of their way to make customers happy. Customers prefer it over the big box stores, noting it is well laid out and easier for getting answers. It is described as an oasis, a unique place tailored to the community, and is great for finding items not carried in larger stores. The location is convenient and easy to access.
