There, supervisor David Pardi patiently reviewed my case and assigned it to agent Shaw Namini.
Shaw was knowledgeable, multilingual, efficient, patient, and genuinely friendly. He corrected the errors made by the Encino agent and came to our home the same day to inspect the property and take the necessary photos. Throughout the process, he walked me through every step carefully and answered all my questions clearly.
