“They are amazing, just wish I knew that they were closed this entire week! Now I don’t know what to do and doc is also gone so can’t get script sent to another pharmacy. Hope somehow I can get my important meds filled :(They REALLY have helped me with a few issues along the way, though, and genuinely care about their customers. But yes, they are closed this entire week and since I haven’t been there since last month maybe I missed a sign?”

They answer any questions I have, they are so super friendly, and the prices are extremely reasonable. “I'm focusing on the eyeglass department today. After leaving America's best where they should've had a mask and a gun when they told me the price, I took the prescription and darted over to Costco. Wow! I'm glad I did. I saved over $300. It seems that every option on your eyeglasses at Costco is included in the price. I kept listing the things that the other company try to upsell me on, and they were like oh that's included that's included that's included.... Yeah, you might be able to get a cheaper online but what if you have an issue? And Costco will adjust your glasses for the life of the glasses. And if you don't like them, they'll take them back. I rely on my glasses 18 hours a day to save 50 or 60 bucks to go online Doesn't make any sense to me but that's me.”

“I’m always impressed with this particular CVS. When I step up to the counter here I never have to wait long for someone to greet me if it’s not immediate for one, but another thing that I love is somehow when my Drs office call in a script it actually gets through to them and they get it filled in a timely manner! I’ve had some other stores that don’t get the script or they don’t notify me if there’s a problem with a refill. I really like this location and so does my family. They really care here.”

“The Ventura blvd CVS is my pharmacy of choice. The team members have been very nice to my entire family and the pharmacists are well informed. Even if there is a line, rarely does it feel like things are out of control. The parking is a little scary, but I will take it over the Mulholland branch, which is closer to me, any day.”
