“I got 2 Ralph's in my area. The one on Sherman Way is closer to me & that store is usually out of stock on a lot of items I normally buy as of late. Plus the Sherman Way location doesn't have the greatest crowds visiting there either imo. So, I have made this Victory Blvd location my go to Ralphs now instead. Usually less crowded & they have more items in stock. Plus they seem to keep enough registers open along with the self checkouts if you want them. The store on Sherman way has their heads up their A$$3$ in regards to all that. I'd rather just drive the extra 2 miles to this Ralph's than bother with the one closest to me on Sherman Way. This store has it much more together in all ways.”

“Very large store with a pharmacy and drive through. Generic prices about 3 times that of Amazon but you didn't have to wait for delivery. Greetings cards, snacks, soaps and shampoos available. Poster printer as well.”

“I was waiting in the line at Walmart. There was a customer ahead of me and the clerk explained to him that the roller machine is not working. The customer angrily throw his merchandise on the scanner and behave very inappropriately. On the contrary the clerk Orlando was calm and smiled and did his job at best. He was very (actually extremely professional) with the client action. In fact Orlando thought him and many others in the line a good lesson by responding nicely. Highly recommend Walmart. Orlando is well deserved to become an employee of the busiest month of the year. Happy Holidays!”

The customer angrily throw his merchandise on the clerk's counter and behaved inappropriately to show his anger and dissatisfaction. On the contrary, the clerk "Orlando" was calm and smiley, and did his job professionally. He was extremely professional with this angry client. In fact Orlando thought him and many others in the line a good lesson by responding him nicely. He treated this client with passion and similar to others like nothing happened. We all saw what happened. I was waiting for an argument, incident, or some kind of reaction from both sides. But Orlando was very well trained and professional. His well behavior and professionalism is making him eligible to become an employee of the busiest month of the year. Happy Holidays! (The customer in the picture is not the angry customer, I took the picture later after I paid, and I spoke to Orlando and the manager later, and I wanted him to know that, we saw the incident, and we admired his professionalism and reaction toward that client).
