“I found this place while running errands after Google suggested it over Staples since it was closer, and I’m glad it did. I went in to make copies of legal documents and the whole experience was quick and seamless.
The store is extremely clean and well organized, which immediately stood out. Customer service was genuinely excellent, friendly, attentive, and efficient without feeling rushed.
Pricing was very reasonable, especially compared to what I expected, and they offer a wide range of services beyond just copying, which makes it a solid go-to spot.
I’ll definitely be coming back and would recommend this place without hesitation.”

Our first order was a local event and the 2nd was in New York, so it required delivery. They worked with us every step of the way, with clear communication and quick responses. “I walked in here looking for a new chair, and I love the selection that they had good pricing and they had a few on sale. I picked up a few things extra some of the things that are hard to find another store.”
“I have always appreciated having this Staples location close to home, but lately, the Amazon return process has become very difficult. Since the Amazon store in Woodland Hills closed, it seems like many customers from the area have been redirected to this Staples for Amazon returns. As a result, every time I come in to return an Amazon item, there is a very long line, and there is only one employee handling the returns. As they only have one scanner for Amazon returns.
I actually feel bad for the employee handling the returns because they have to deal with the pressure of a constant line and, unfortunately, probably some frustrated customers. I don’t think the problem is with the employee—the store simply seems overwhelmed by the increased volume of Amazon returns.
I hope Staples and Amazon can find a better solution by providing additional scanners and, if possible, more staff to handle the number of customers coming in for returns. It would make the process much faster and create a better experience for both customers and employees.
Overall, I think the staff is doing their best, but the current Amazon return system is clearly overwhelmed.”
“Rachel at the Woodland Hills location went above and beyond for me. I was printing large photos of my late wife on thick wood display boards for something I needed the next morning, and she noticed the images weren’t coming out the way they should. She personally helped fix them, reprinted everything, and made them look so much better.
Even though I needed them on very short notice, Rachel put everything aside to make sure they were printed, mounted, and ready for me the same day. That level of kindness and service meant more to me than she probably realizes.
This is exactly why I continue coming back to this location. Amazing service, incredible people, and truly huge hearts. Thank you, Rachel, for going above and beyond for my family. ❤️”

Kept consistently clean. Reliable FedEx printing & shipping location. They print large scale & complex projects & are very skilled at it too. Very pleased with the big printing project they executed for me. All professionally done at reasonable prices. Clean & safe parking lot/shopping center all times of day.
