“I just ordered bronze house numbers in 3.5" in. x 5.5" in. ovals. Jay gave me some great art work showing me how it would look and how big the numbers would come out to be as well as various other specifications. Just a few short weeks later I picked them up and they look AMAZING! Solid brass feel is great too!! I couldn't be happier. Excellent job done by them and a great sign shop to work with. “Editing to add: I wanted to update my review based on two recent experiences, both of which were extremely positive. I am happy to adjust my rating from 1 star to 5 stars. The attendants I interacted with were friendly, efficient, and genuinely helpful, which I truly appreciated.
During my most recent visit on 3/25, I received outstanding service. The attendant went above and beyond to help me retrieve an important package that had been experiencing delivery issues. I am very grateful for the extra effort and care shown.
I also want to recognize the back office and customer service teams for their support. Overall, I had a great experience and truly appreciate the level of service I received.
As others have stated poor customer service! No welcome and no goodbye. Just a you are all set. The Hispanic one at the middle cashier on Oct. 7th, 2025 seems to enjoy his job a lot ?.”
