The staff are really impolite and as it's the only store in the area, they are sure they get enough business and their behaviour toward the customer is terrible. I would drive all the way to Northridge mall or Sherman Oaks rather than giving biz to these arrogant ppl

Came in to Verizon with my wife and 82 year old father-in-law today because my FIL got scammed and his phone got completely hacked. Christian helped us out and was the absolute coolest person of all time. Christian worked with us for hours, staying beyond his scheduled work time and going out of his way to help us with the minutiae of what was an extremely frustrating situation with the hack. I walked over and got the four of us a pizza and some sodas from Pitfire at the end, and we took this picture and thanked our lucky stars that Christian was our guy today. Thanks so much Christian!!

Horrible experience at the Verizon store. Even worse experience either Verizon business care. I ported one line from T-Mobile to a Verizon business account with the understanding that I will port my other 12 lines. I have 13 lines with T-Mobile for my business. But will horrible customer service and reps reading off scripts, I decided to pass. Ported my number back to T-Mobile.Maybe T-Mobiles reception is not as good as Verizon’s (although close) at least you talk with real employees who actually care for their customers - especially business customers with many lines.Verizon used to have great customer service when I was with them years ago. I have no idea what happened. They just don’t care I guess.

This particular store does not honor sold plans - even at a corporate level. Will tell you they can’t help and refer you to a third party (when you call the third party, they tell you to call Verizon). Manager told me there was no ability to contact anyone to help with my account and was unable to tell me why the offer I was sold in spring of the same year was no longer offered, yet thrown to a third party company. Reception associate was very kind, security was even cordial, management told me there was nothing they could do, told me the associate that sold me the policy was no longer with the company, and yet was unable to refund or honor the existing purchased policy. It makes sense that this star has a less than 2.0 rating. I never thought that Ventura County would beat Los Angeles. Will be trying other clients in other states and update review. 11/30/23.

Today I went to this Verizon Corporate store at Topanga to buy a new iphone and add a new line for my son.The salesperson gentleman there came forward and I told him what we need. After checking our account he asked for what phone color we prefer. We chose blue. He said he doesn't have it, next we chose black color and he said he has that available. Then he left for a 15 minutes and came back and said he doesn't ha have the black one either and we chose for the third time lavender. Then he helped us to choose a phone number and we got the very good round number and we said we like that and he also noted that is a very good round number and he continued with rest of the process.So, after almost an hour finally we got ready to pay for the phone.To our surprise he told us. The phone number we chose and liked stolen by other store or network and he gave us another phone number when I was so upset and asked why that happened, he explained because we change the plans and since he didn't push the accept button that number was taken by somebody else. I told him, we didn't change the plan from the beginning. We accepted the same plan that he suggested for my son.It was so disappointing for us with the phone color, with the phone number. Anyways, although I was not convinced with his explanation still I agreed to continue with the deal.I gave him my credit card and now with the wireless device in his hand he tried to charge me. But guess what, the device had a problem. He needed to push hard on it to have the screen gets on and every time he tried to use my credit card the device goes off. After few tries, he said the device fell on the floor yesterday and kind of broken and we need to wait for another salesman that was busy with other customer at the time to be free so he could help me! I was so furious the way these guys were treating us!I asked for his manager. I explained the situation from the beginning to the manager and expected at least his sympathy and to my surprise, the manager (Mr. Ian) take a side with his employee and says he didn't do anything wrong! and that things happen.Not even a simple apology for the way they treated us for more than an hour. I was so upset that I could not continue. I cancel to buy the iphone from their terrible store.I went to another independent Verizon store and bought the iphone. The salesperson at the other store said she can't find any explanation why he couldn't hold to the phone number that we chose. Anyways, I recommend you to choose another store and don't go to this place with arrogant salespersons and manager and zero respect for the customer.

Today, I visited the Westfield village store to inquire about blocking spam calls on my phone. While speaking with a worker named David, he recommended an app to filter calls, but I politely interrupted him to explain that I already had the app, but it didn't stop the calls from ringing my phone. In response, David said “Alright man if you going to interrupt me you can just take it up with customer service” then proceed to rolls his eyes and walk away. I found this behavior to be unprovoked and concerning, especially after reading similar reviews about very rude and racist employees. Almost makes me feel that they just hire everyone and anyone regardless of there qualifications.

I went with my family to Verizon store in Topanga village to see what's wrong with my 16 years old daughter phone. They neve checked the phone to see what's wrong with that and they tried to sale us a new phone , I believe that's ok and understand that they want to do business. But that's worse part they were unpaid and disrespectful and they treat us very bad . I never go that store again and im going to switch my 6 lines phone to another phone company. The manager worst than employees . Selfish people , disrespect , zero customer service , unprofessional, they don’t know what they doing And they not expert , unprofessional ,helpless , wrong information, !!!!!!!!!

Definitely worst experience, no doubts! Back and forth in two days wasted huge amounts of time. They assigned rookies to serve us, then they pretended knowing everything things, but completed nothing. Meanwhile, manager was wandering around without offering any help.

I regret to recount the abhorrent experience I recently endured at a Verizon store employee name is Daniel and manager some white dude, where I was subjected to flagrant racism by the store employees. I find it necessary to share this appalling incident to caution others who may consider seeking services at this particular establishment.Upon entering the store, I expected to be greeted with a modicum of professionalism and respect. Instead, I was met with an atmosphere poisoned by prejudice. The store employees, who should have been knowledgeable and helpful, were openly discriminatory towards me. Their behavior was not only deeply offensive but completely unacceptable in any civilized society.From the moment I stepped foot in the store, it became apparent that my race had become a trigger for their racist attitudes. Their dismissive glances, condescending remarks, and hostile body language created an environment of hostility and discomfort. I was made to feel like an unwelcome outsider, a mere inconvenience that needed to be dealt with as quickly as possible.When I approached the counter to seek assistance, the employee attending to me displayed an astonishing lack of professionalism. It seemed as though their sole objective was to evade helping me. They intentionally disregarded my inquiries, offered no useful information, and even went so far as to make derogatory comments that were explicitly racially charged.Furthermore, the employees' lack of product knowledge was glaringly evident. It appeared that their incompetence extended beyond their discriminatory behavior. Their inability to answer basic questions about the services and products offered only further compounded my frustration and disappointment.

One of the most disgusting experiences ever faced in this store! Person who’s in charge is racism along with his employees; they didn’t even try to help me with my problem because I was dressed with workout clothes but when another lady walked in with Gucci purse they treated her different I guess I have to wear a Gucci bag to get helped in that store

Manager is very racist and he was like we don’t care if we lose you as customer and spend all day over there no help all he did was acting very racist towards me just because I was depressed in workout clothes. The employee name was Daniel and even customer service were terrible ended to cancelling all my services with them! Terrible store, terrible customer service, and very racist!

Had a bad phone I phone 14 pro (terrible phone, don’t get it) went here to try to resolve it and was fed bad advice. Verizon internet is slow. Should have stayed with AT&T.
