“When I walked in to the branch, the Branch Manager was assisting a customer but still took the time to acknowledge and welcome in the customers walking in. I went to a teller to ask for assistance and she was extremely helpful and courteous. She referred me to a banker for further assistance. After waiting for about 5 minutes, Mr. Calderon, the branch manager, let me know that the teller had briefed him on my questions and he would be able to help me. Mr. Calderon answered all my questions, provided the services that I needed, and asked that I contact him if I needed further assistance. I was very impressed with this branch's attentiveness, professionalism, and courtesy.”

I've been a member for years and am very pleased with the relationship banking and quality of service with this bank. The wait is never more than 10 minutes, even with a long line inside.
