It is not at all what I expected. Eventhough it is very, very dusty and smells of mildew, there are so many things that are being sold for repurposing. I bought an old fashioned push mower and a couple other things. It's only held on the 3rd weekend of every month. If you go, be sure to wear a mask it's really dusty in some places. If you're a germaphobe, like me, wear some disposable gloves. I seriously used a half bottle of hand sanitizer when I got back to the car. It was dirty, but I had fun and will go again sometime.

Nice concept, but prices are ridiculously high when compared to garage sales.

Called on the phone to ask if they would take a crib. I was told that they would happily take it. Made it here between the 12:00 and 4:00 p.m. donation hours. Was told by the attendant they would not make it take a crib. Like every other thrift store. The problem is not that they won't take a crib. The problem is that they say they will.

I love going to the Blue Barn. Lots of things, fairly priced. Hope it gets to open more.
