“They are amazing!!! I have been taking my vehicles to them for years. They are always quick to get me in and work diligently to make sure the job is done right. My most recent experience was the best! My insurance sent me in to have some scratches repaired on my door. I went in a week or two ago to do the evaluation, I had my toddler with me. While I waited to be helped, Suzie went out of her way to give my baby some paper and pens so she would be entertained while we waited. I received an estimate and they were able to fit me into their schedule in a timely manner. I was able to drop my car off on Monday afternoon (I work out of town), to begin working on Tuesday morning, and was initially told to expect to have my car returned in about 2-3 days. Later that day, Thomas called me letting me know they were able to finish the work early and the car would be ready to be picked up at 5. When I got off of work, I realized that I would be cutting it very close to their closing time. I called and let them know that my GPS was saying I would make it to them at 5:30. I was concerned I wouldn't be able to make it in before they closed and would have to wait an additional day to pick up my car. They were super flexible and said they would wait for me to get there. Sure enough, I did not make it by 5:30 due to traffic, but they were still there waiting for me to pick up my car. They even washed it and had it ready for me to drive off. Overall, they are my shop of choice and will continue using them for any auto body need!”

After a very insightful conversation with him weighing out my options I decided not to fix my window at this time. He wasn't trying to sell me he was honestly helping me figure out what to do. I really appreciate it his help and his time. It's very rare to find people that honestly just wants to help you versus rip you off. I was kind of sad that I decided not to replace my window because he's such a good guy I want to give him my business. If I ever needed to replace it I will definitely use them.”
