“A typical self-service car wash, the price is reasonable, and you can wash an SUV for $6, but I always feel bad at such car washes because I can't dry my car with compressed air, and I have to wipe the car for 2 hours after washing to remove water droplets.”

After a thorough inspection, they determined the issue was related to the car’s computer system…something only the dealership could properly address. What really stood out was how upfront and honest they were throughout the entire process.
They didn’t try to sell me on unnecessary repairs or charge for work they couldn’t do. Instead, they clearly explained the problem, walked me through the next steps, and even offered to share their diagnostic notes to make things easier with the dealership. It’s rare to find a shop that values transparency and customer service this much. I’ll absolutely be coming back here for any future maintenance or repairs.”

“I like the fact that I have control over how I wash my car when I'm in a hurry, don't get me wrong, I like the luxury of going to a full service, but when your car not so messy n needs a quick "shower" I do it myself at my convenience n the fact that they're open late, n there was an attendant is a big plus”
“Overall I found the gold membership to be useful and I find that my car does stay clean and maintained using the unlimited membership. I like how they give air fresheners with the gold. For improvement everytime I go through the car wash my front passenger window always has water marks on it after the car wash. Sometimes the staff wipes away the water spots and cleans it off and sometimes its just left on there. The rims also don't get fully clean and wish it was more detailed on that end. One thing I do wish is to have extended hours, closer to 7-8 pm.”
