Unbelievably slow. I’ve never seen more than two tellers at the counter and have never had less than a 15 minute wait regardless of the time or day I go.

Golden 1 let FRAUD almost empty all of my accounts. Service on the phone and in person at the Woodland Branch was horrible and violating.

They alright. Sometimes slow getting their jobs done or they lost morale here, and they never update your information when you asked them to but still, they keep your 8 year old phone number and new phone on file. Getting a credit card takes like a month to get. Might close this branch
