“Have a Note 20 and it fell just 2' but hit just perfectly to where the screen chipped and the lower part of it stopped working.I called on Monday, gave a small deposit, dropped the phone off Tuesday at 3:45 and picked it up just an hour later.Very polite staff. Lots of accessories to get if you need it from cases to chargers to popsockets, chargers and more.Hope I never have to go back but if I do I know I'll be in good good hands.”

“As longtime AT&T customers, we always get our phones through Best Buy/AT&T. The employees at Best Buy have always been very helpful. Yesterday my phone died and I had a couple options. Miguel was so very patient, walked me through my options, and ultimately set up my new phone! Miguel downloaded everything from iCloud to my new phone, and the only thing I needed to do was put in my passcode!! I appreciate his excellent, friendly, customer service and patience! I hope Best Buy recognizes Miguel for his positive customer service!”
“This is the best Target i've been to and i've been to almost all of them in northern california. It's huge and they always have what i need as their shelves are always stocked. Everyone is always friendly and helpful. I did have an issue with a return a couple months back, but the girl helping me was new and it seemed to be a system error. They had a TL come out to assist with the return and it was all fixed in less than ten minutes! All around, great store!”
