I love shopping at this store, it's much cheaper and you find good, pretty things at a fair price....

I love our Ross in Woodland, CA. They need to keep their shelves as full throughout the year that they do so well in November and December each year. I would love them to open at least by 9 am each day since 10 seems a bit too late. Being an early-morning shopper, I was so excited they did earlier hours during the holidays.

They handled my problem of having been charged twice for one pair of sneakers quickly and pleasantly. I'll shop there again
