“I love our Ross in Woodland, CA. They need to keep their shelves as full throughout the year that they do so well in November and December each year. I would love them to open at least by 9 am each day since 10 seems a bit too late. Being an early-morning shopper, I was so excited they did earlier hours during the holidays.”

“One of the only brick and mortar Maurice's in the Sacramento area with the only other one in Roseville.I had ordered 2 pair of jeans online, skinny and flare leg, in a size that was too large (yay diet!), so went to this location in hopes of exchanging for the right size.The store had only a few people in it when I entered and I was greeted by Rebecca, the store manager. She was so helpful and friendly to me and was very quick in actually helping me. when I said I would like to exchange for a different size, she initially didn't think that they had any of the skinny's in stock IN my size, but she took the extra effort to look on the shelves and there was one left that was put in the wrong location (skinny in the straight leg section) so I was able to exchange both styles for my correct size. Rebecca was just so helpful and accommodating to me she has made me want to shop in her store now instead of ordering online.Great customer service and hassle free returns/exchanges. I really love this store!”
