“This is a great place to rent from, the manager her staff do a great job on keeping the property clean and the staff is awesome and so professional. The security is great, with each unit having their own alarm and knowing that someone lives on the property as well. the parking is great as well! plenty of room! This is by far the best storage in the area!”

“Since I am not the best with names, I believe Cristal and Kristie, were the front desk ladies at this Pioneer storage location (hopefully I got these correct!)
Prior to needing a unit, I had unfortunately been illegally evicted from my apartment of 6 years. Along with the abrupt eviction, I was also combating a brain injury resulting in memory loss from a massive seizure during the same week...how fun! 🤔 At any rate, I had previously used this location before and knew, without a doubt, this was going to be the storage facility I would use again. On top of the very professional, genuinely friendly and knowledgeable ladies at the front desk, this facility is also safe, clean, and well protected. Also, full of so many storage options for multiple storage needs.
Each time I was in dire need of finding a unit, I was met with calm demeanor from both of these women and assured I would have a unit; even as soon as the day I had inquired. After the endured stress and unfortunate circumstances leading up to losing my home, this was SUCH a huge relief to hear.
I can not express how grateful I am to have not only gained a safe, clean and perfectly sized unit for my belongings, but I was met with kindness, genuine client care and HONESTY.
Please consider this review when searching for your storage needs (long review...I know! 😊) But we all know how stressful this process can be. And please trust when myself and hundreds of others say, that this company cares about their clientele. Their staff cares and will go above and beyond for every single client.

“The staff at this location specifically Mr Jared and Miss Cindy go above and beyond out of their way to solve any problems explain any potential issues especially when it comes to other locations especially when it appeared that a staff member was trying to take advantage of my mother but if you have any questions or concerns you can call this location and they will troubleshoot and give it to you straight overall the staff at this location are a rare breed they treat you as a human knowing that a move is a stressful time and are very kind and compassionate”

I started off on line and when I arrived to use the unit, it was not the one in which I believed I had reserved. She was able to accommodate me with a upgrade and no stress. “Chris and Loa are awesome! I literally had over a dozen other boat mechanics either physically work on my boat or try to diagnose why it wouldn’t start but couldn’t figure it out!!
Chris put his brain on it and figured it out! He kept me in the loop for the entire process and diagnosed a difficult couple of issues that he repaired in a timely manner for a reasonable price! When talking with Nora to determine whether Extra Space is the right place to store my belongings, it was clear that she is knowledgable and on top of things.
