“Hi have been with Extra Space storage for a few years now and I have always had a very good experience with both the service and access. Just recently I had a situation where my door was left Open and the keys were left by the door, Drew the on-site guy found the door open, called me immediately and solve the problem for me as I was out of town on business. I have very expensive tools in my unit and he saved me a tremendous loss. I totally recommend extra space storage as they’re always looking out for their clients.”

“Since I am not the best with names, I believe Cristal and Kristie, were the front desk ladies at this Pioneer storage location (hopefully I got these correct!)
Prior to needing a unit, I had unfortunately been illegally evicted from my apartment of 6 years. Along with the abrupt eviction, I was also combating a brain injury resulting in memory loss from a massive seizure during the same week...how fun! 🤔 At any rate, I had previously used this location before and knew, without a doubt, this was going to be the storage facility I would use again. On top of the very professional, genuinely friendly and knowledgeable ladies at the front desk, this facility is also safe, clean, and well protected. Also, full of so many storage options for multiple storage needs.
Each time I was in dire need of finding a unit, I was met with calm demeanor from both of these women and assured I would have a unit; even as soon as the day I had inquired. After the endured stress and unfortunate circumstances leading up to losing my home, this was SUCH a huge relief to hear.
I can not express how grateful I am to have not only gained a safe, clean and perfectly sized unit for my belongings, but I was met with kindness, genuine client care and HONESTY.
Please consider this review when searching for your storage needs (long review...I know! 😊) But we all know how stressful this process can be. And please trust when myself and hundreds of others say, that this company cares about their clientele. Their staff cares and will go above and beyond for every single client.

I started off on line and when I arrived to use the unit, it was not the one in which I believed I had reserved. She was able to accommodate me with a upgrade and no stress. “U-Haul rental: I recently rented a U-Haul from Beamer St. Storage to move my wife and I up to Washington. Jeff could not have been nicer and more helpful. He made special accommodations for me in order to ensure that I would have the truck I needed and on time. He knows the U-Haul rental process inside and out and also had some good tips for packing it efficiently. Don't waste your time with the folks at the U-Haul store on Pioneer - get your packing supplies from them, get your truck from Beamer St. Storage.”
“Clean spacious units good management, locked entrance and you provide your own lock for your unit so you have the only key. The downside is no restroom, no running water, and no trash dumpster.”

“Extra Space Storage in Woodland has been such a Godsend! I had used another storage facility in Woodland that was an awful experience pretty much from day 1 until the day I moved out almost 2 years later before moving to ESS. Nora and her staff have been so helpful regarding unit availability and discounts available, the facility is just wonderful as far as having the most up-to-date conveniences like easy rolling doors, simple locking mechanisms, digital gate access and automatic gate egress. The grounds are kept very clean and pest control is managed by the facility as a top priority, which is a new concept for me to experience at a storage facility. I could not be happier and although I hope to not have to continue to utilize storage after October, i will happily make it a definite mission to recommend Extra Space Storage in Woodland to anyone with storage needs!”
