“I don’t leave reviews often, but this place absolutely deserves one. I am blown away at how awesome the staff are here!!! From the moment I walked in, the staff treated me like family. The staff was genuinely kind, welcoming, and beyond accommodating. Traveling with my service dog Violet can sometimes be stressful because not every place is understanding — but here? They welcomed her with open arms and kindness from the very beginning, and that meant more to me than they probably realize.
The room was very clean, comfortable, and well cared for, which instantly made me feel at ease after traveling. On top of that, when I asked about a late checkout until 1 PM, they were so gracious and understanding about it instead of making me feel like an inconvenience.
Good customer service is rare these days. Genuine warmth is even rarer. This hotel has both. You can tell the staff truly care about people and take pride in what they do. The lady was new, and did an incredible job. Her personality and kindness are what all customer service should be! I’ve done customer service my whole life. It was refreshing to see others putting love and care into their customers instead of the crappy attitudes most hotels give. The gentleman whom I assume was a supervisor, went above and beyond to help me have a comfortable stay, including a room right by the side door to take Violet potty easier.
If you’re looking for a place that feels safe, friendly, clean, welcoming, and genuinely hospitable — this is it. Highly recommend, and I would absolutely stay here again. Thank you all for making our stay such a positive experience!
Oh, and there’s a diner right beside it open 24 hours a day! I’m exhausted but plan on checking it out tomorrow. You can call in your order and walk next door and get it when it’s ready. Great feature for late night traveling!”
