“I went in to upgrade my phone from the fold 3 to the s24 ultra after having two failed attempts at two previous Best Buy locations. 1st location (Eastvale) said they had the phone in stock. They proceeded to log in to my account and then telling me they didnt have the phone in stock. So I drove to the next nearest location that had the phone in stock. The second location (Riverside) had the phone in stock but were not able to access my account because the 1st location locked it. The lady at the second location didn't do anything to try and unlock it or even call verizon. Then she said she had to leave. So visited this Best Buy in Chino, CA the next day and was helped by David. He was amazing! Great customer service! Explained everything to me from different plans to trading in my old phone. He was even able to access my locked account and access my nonworking phone. I am very satisfied with his service, he went above and beyond to help me. I Will definitely be going back to this location eventhough it's a longer drive from me. Thank you David!”
“My family recently bought a CAM100 to monitor our home. We live next to a halfway house, and there's no problem with that but some of the people living there have trespassed on our property or threw fireworks in our yard. We have looked into multiple different security cameras and a lot were really expensive but finally we found the CAM100 which gives us everything we needed. “ook my laptop in yesterday (2/29). I had a problem with the AC jack, a part had fallen out of it years ago and I was finally attempting to revive it. I brought it in, and right away the owner could see what the problem was. I got a text later that day saying that it would be available the next day (3/1). I texted back in the early afternoon confirming if it was ready and it was!
Obviously, whether your laptop is ready the next day depends on what you need to fix it and whether or not they have the part for it. If I have any future laptop or computer issues, The Laptop Experts will be the first place I go. A very good first impression!”

“Switched to ASRock motherboards a few years back and they have treated us well. Recently had our first hiccup - a dead memory channel on an X670E Steel Legend board. It had been purchased last Thanksgiving, so it was well within the three year warranty. We opened a case with tech support and did some basic troubleshooting to rule out the memory, CPU, and other peripheral hardware. This debug did indicate the motherboard was at fault. We registered for an RMA through their system and followed the instructions. The process took ~2 weeks until we received a replacement board, which is now running well. All of the original hardware is installed and dual channel memory is operating as desired. The customer service team was both helpful and responsive. Thankful for the support and assistance received from them.”
“These guys still carry and sell a device that is a MUST HAVE if you own the original Buffalo TeraStation! For those that have no idea what I'm talking about other than the brand, the originals were 1TB RAID (4 x 250 IDE/PATA drives and the RAID works only with Buffalo's proprietary system) When unit dies (and it will) you will lose it all! Enter "Dat Optic's Qbox-U" with the Standard IDE/PATA controller, one of the last of it's kind still on the market. Re-set drive jumpers to Cable Select and put them in the Qbox in the EXACT order they were in the TeraStation. Set the Qbox to combine the drives then hit it with recovery software. POOF! If it was a Buffalo system board issue as is usually the case, there you are looking at the data and Buffalo OS. Back the data up and blow the drives away then reformat and start over I have now saved 5 TeraStations and may just buy more of the Qboxes. The box cost is little..the Recovery software hurts more but for under $200 TOTAL, you can do this all day long!”
