There is an Asian woman at the passport service — her attitude really needs improvement. She kept interrupting me while I was talking. I had just said one word when she cut me off, saying, ‘It doesn’t matter.’ There’s no need to treat a customer like that.

Great USPS location. Came here for my passport. Easy to make passport appointment online. Busy location but the staff is friendly and efficient. Lived in YL for many years and we never had mail issues but have lost 2 FedEx packages.
