“I didn’t know I would write a review for USPS. Everybody was so nice and thoughtful. I walked in for a passport. Made a few mistakes, but was in and out within 5 minutes. Even took passport photo and staff made sure I like the picture. My nearest USPS has a bad reputation. I’m so glad I drove extra to this location. Thank you everybody who helped me out!”
“The best post office, because Cindy and the other ladies are always friendly. Majority of the time I get the clerk Cindy who is always nice about scanning my packages. I always get a receipt and she’s never refused me unlike the workers at the post office on Elliot street. They’re extremely pushy about leaving your packages in a bin. It’s too risky not having them scanned in and getting confirmation. Anyway, Cindy is great and so is this post office!”

“Recently went to GG post office to renew my passport, made an appointment 1 week prior, Nannete the office postmaster was very helpful in processing my docs in a timely manner. It got really busy only because people don't fill out their applications correctly and that delays other people's appointment. Nannete tries to help people in the office as much as possible and answers questions. She's awsome!
I reccomend people make an appointment and fill out their docs before the appointment.”

The service seemed to be well-managed, and the staff appeared attentive and ready to assist customers. This was definitely a positive aspect of my visit, as I was able to save time and complete my transaction quickly.However, when I attempted to use the package drop-off, I encountered a problem. The drop-off slot was jammed, preventing me from properly depositing my package. I tried a couple of times, but unfortunately, it remained stuck. It was disappointing to encounter this issue, as the convenience of a functioning drop-off is one of the main reasons I choose USPS for shipping my packages.Despite the jammed drop-off, the staff promptly noticed my struggle and came to my assistance. They were courteous and did their best to resolve the issue promptly. “I have got to say this was the most pleasant visit to the post office, Tanya or Tonya helped me find a package that I forgot to label correctly and called me to either come and pick it up or they’ll ship it out the next day I came and she had to deal with another guest who was pretty angry and she handled it with amazing patience and grace!! The staff are consistently friendly and helpful, always greeting customers with a smile. They’re very knowledgeable and often offer helpful tips to save time and money. For example, when I ship international packages, they’ll double-check the size and weight to see if there’s a more affordable shipping option, and they even recommend the most suitable packaging materials — incredibly thoughtful.
Even during busy hours, the lines move quickly. The team handles the crowd in an organized and respectful way, so you never feel rushed or ignored.
One thing that impressed me the most was how professionally they handle issues. Once, my package had a tracking delay. The clerk took the time to investigate, file a report, and reassured me that everything would be fine — and sure enough, the package arrived safely just a few days later.
The post office itself is clean and well-organized. Information is clearly posted, forms and pens are easy to find, and everything seems to be well-managed.

Fortunately the architecture & layout has mainly stayed the same. Has full service USPS including P.O. Boxes. Usually NOT crowded & has ample parking.
