“Went there for passport application. Was called in a few minutes before our scheduled time. Ryan was clear with his communication and efficient--he took the photograph soon after he photographed the customer before us--and then we waited in the lobby for our turn. We were done with our submission in 9 minutes. Of course, it helped that we had carried photocopies of the documents required, so he didn't have to spend time on that. Overall, great experience. This is the 3rd post office I have tried for passport services in the last 12 years. This is where I'll go in the future.”

“Gus was friendly and efficient, he truly seemed to care about the customers. I even complimented him, I believe he's the friendliest worker I've ever encountered at any Post Office.
I do wish this location had Saturday hours again though.”
“All packages I’ve dropped off have always been scanned in same day. The staff are nice and friendly. I prefer this location as I can count on them to get my package where it needs to go. I’ve probably sent over 100 packages and zero problems with any of them.”
“I booked an appointment at another branch for passport service a month ago, but it was suddenly canceled via email around 6:00 AM on the very morning of my appointment.
I was so frustrated and stressed, but I decided to try a walk-in at this branch.

I had 2 packages that were missing- delivered to a different address and he was able to locate them and get them to me. Dan really went above and beyond and had a very friendly demeanor. Thank you so much. The packages might not have been very expensive but they were sentimental.”
“This U.S. Post Office location is usually not busy at all, which I really like. Overall, the service is great and the place is convenient. The only thing they could improve is customer attention at the front desk, because most of the time there’s no one there and you have to wait or ring the bell to get help. Other than that, everything is great.”
“I have always had a great experience at this post office. It can sometimes be a little busy but it is nice to be able to do a lot of self services here (letter drop offs, flat rate product pickup, etc ).The staff has always been very competent and helpful when I have needed anything.”
“All I can say with 100% certainty is that this location and their staff is a 1000 times better than the Diamond Bar location on South Diamond Bar Blvd. They don't forgot to put the shipping label on your packages here. The DB location does, they forget and then blame you. I drive all the way here to avoid that location. That staff should be fired and the location closed.”

“Great People work in this location. They are all knowledgeable and if you requested any services they are walking through all the steps. I had a package to Germany and she patiently explained me everything very well and i was able to choose best option for their service. Value is kind of same in any other places. I love their quickness. Never a line and you can get done all your works in less than 5 minutes.”

It was disappointing to encounter this issue, as the convenience of a functioning drop-off is one of the main reasons I choose USPS for shipping my packages.Despite the jammed drop-off, the staff promptly noticed my struggle and came to my assistance. They were courteous and did their best to resolve the issue promptly. “Their dedication to help out with a problem is beyond and acceptable! Im always greeted with a smile and are quick with what they do even with a line is formed. Some of these in the comments don't understand what happens behind the shop! they are organizing loading packages into trucks and other important stuff to make sure it gets to the right address, I wish people were more understanding :)”

Fortunately the architecture & layout has mainly stayed the same. Has full service USPS including P.O. Boxes. Usually NOT crowded & has ample parking. Veretta has always been excellent and friendly and I have not seen Anh in a very long time who was also very good but these new ones at the front counter are beyond a wonderful needed and welcomed change here.
