Why are the mailbox locked after hours? Also how come your mailman did not pick up the outgoing mail? Elderly mom can’t go to the post office!! Terrible!

Worst USPS in the area. Their customer service is by far the worst. Slow and bad customer service. For a simple USPS box(which should be available without standing in line) you have to wait in line which always snakes outside into the lobby.

Save your time and get good customer service by going across the street to the PostalAnnex!I was trying to purchase a PO Box online and the website was giving me multiple errors and instructed that I needed to go in person to the post office (additionally, I needed to present my ID which is understandable). When I arrived there was a long line, the workers unhurried and moody. The individual who helped me was rude and prior to helping me was rude towards other customers. I wanted to purchase a three month subscription for a PO Box (I was unable to do so online and explained that to him) and he proceeded to argue with me saying I had to purchase a six or twelve month rental. It was near closing time, it was very busy, and I felt very rushed as this process was new to me. I ended up leaving because of his rude behavior towards me and was approached by a separate customer who told me the man who “assisted me” allowed him to purchase a three month rent. Furious, I went back inside and asked to speak with a manager. Ironically, no manager was available. The lady I spoke with claimed that the manager was “out,” and failed to specify what “out” meant. I ended up leaving and going across the street to the PostalAnnex where I was treated respectfully and was able to purchase a three month PO Box rental.

Anh helped me retrieve my packet that was going to be sent back because it didn’t have a unit number , I appreciate his customer service and for taking the time to look for my packet.

Someone had some nerve to say I left a "moronic" review. Clearly that person doesn't believe in the freedom of speech and only wants to put down a reviewer who is sharing their experience. The only moron is that person, pretty sad that we have people on Yelp just criticizing others reviews.

Please be aware that the government has decided to outsource our delivery personnel. If you encounter any issues with deliveries, please write to your congressman and file a complaint with the postmaster.On a positive note, I must express my appreciation for the staff at the physical location. I love them! Steve, in particular, is my favorite, and he is always willing to help with a smile.

Rich helped me out. I think he's the manager or something. But i came in this afternoon right before closing and he was on the side helping everyone in line. I hadn't sent a package in years and was completely oblivious. I just wanted to say how much I appreciated his patience with me and glad he was able to explain the packaging computer system with great detail. ? someone give that man a raise!

Wow a mail carrier to lazy to get of the mail truck go to the front to put the package at the door instead of shoving the medium package in the mail box and kind hard to pull out the medium package out of the mail box
