The United States Postal Service location at 4770 Eureka Ave serves a large community, delivering mail and packages to over 157 million addresses across the U.S., its territories, and military bases worldwide. It handles a significant portion of the world's mail, processing and delivering 47 percent of it through over 30,000 retail locations. The facility offers walk-in passport services and strives to improve customer experience through ongoing innovation. Customers appreciate the staff's helpfulness and friendly attitude, with particular praise for employees who go out of their way to assist, even during busy times or close to closing hours. However, the facility faces challenges due to being older and unable to handle the high volume of traffic efficiently, resulting in long lines and understaffing. Some customers have noted issues with delivery, such as packages being improperly delivered or difficult to retrieve from mailboxes, highlighting concerns about delivery practices. Overall, while the staff receives positive remarks for their dedication and customer service, the facility's infrastructure and delivery service may benefit from further improvements to better serve the community.

There is an Asian woman at the passport service — her attitude really needs improvement. She kept interrupting me while I was talking. I had just said one word when she cut me off, saying, ‘It doesn’t matter.’ There’s no need to treat a customer like that.
