“Our room (12) was next to the Bouchon Bakery, so there was noise all night and early morning. Everything else about the room was nice. For the price, I expected a bit more.”
“This is a great place to stay in Napa especially in Yountville. The rooms and bathrooms are freshly updated and well appointed. The staff is very attentive and helpful. Their Concierge support, especially Jenna, accommodated our last minute requests and made our stay wonderful. Will definitely visit again!”

“Have stayed at this property several times since it first opened, but on my most recent stay, I had one of the best service experiences. Jordan Swanson went above and beyond to make sure our trip was smooth and enjoyable. He recognized that the room we had requested would be next to the upcoming construction, so he called me to coordinate a backup plan. He was even able to secure us a suite as our original room was unavailable. Jordan’s huge efforts to notify us, work out a plan to find us a new room that we were excited about, and take care of us while we were there for the full stay were awesome. He’s a standout star at Bardessono and I hope they recognize his efforts. Jordan, along with Cathy Flores (who has helped us MANY times book great stays!), and Beto make it very easy for us to return every year - many thanks for their huge help!”
