“Everyone at the end was very accommodating and welcoming. They were able to accommodate dietary restrictions, very easily and graciously. Highly recommend! Will definitely plan to stay at this bed-and-breakfast again”

“Bann is definitely our home away from home. My family, friends and I have been spending our special occasions at Bann for the last 5 years. This is simply because Bann treats us with top notch customer service; they know how to make us feel very special during our stay. We usually enjoy our delicious 5 course dinner with wine pairings at Bann with Chef Lolita as our chef, Osha Thai owner and chef, which is served on a beautiful table setting few steps from our rooms. Can’t wait to go back!”

“I love this place! They were so accommodating for a late check in. They include room service breakfast!!! They even have a wine 🍷 & charcuterie event each day! And for the price the rooms cannot be beat. I look forward to staying here again on my next visit to Napa Valley.”

“I’m 83yo long time owner. Enjoying my stay. Staff accommodating, mattress change went very well, walking the trail was invigorating especially with all the new growth & extra benches which I use to do my pushups usually 8-10-12 x 25 for 200 to 400. Weather is better than I expected. Only disappointment was the big spa pool out of order the whole week.”

“A cozy, welcoming hidden gem!
Staying here felt exactly like visiting a favorite aunt's house. It was incredibly cozy, quiet, and spotless throughout our entire stay. The staff was so friendly and made us feel right at home. Waking up to a nice, convenient breakfast every morning was the perfect bonus. We will definitely be back!”

“Duration: April 4 to April 10

Room number: 2058 (two bedroom suite)

I truly cannot say enough amazing things about the Westin Versa Napa Hotel and its incredible team. While some reviews mention that it’s an older property, you would never feel that during your stay. The hotel is absolutely beautiful—from the lobby to the rooms—with stunning views that make the experience even more special.

What truly sets this place apart is the staff. Every department exceeded expectations. The concierge, valet, and front desk teams were all warm, welcoming, and genuinely committed to making our stay exceptional. They went above and beyond at every turn.

We enjoyed breakfast at the hotel each morning, and the staff quickly remembered both our names and our usual orders—such a thoughtful, personal touch. In the evenings, we spent time at the bar, where bartenders Cruz, Uriel, Daniel, and Kaylee created not only perfectly crafted drinks but also a fun, memorable atmosphere. They kept us laughing and made every night feel special. We also loved relaxing by the fire pit with a glass of wine—such a peaceful way to unwind.

Our room was quiet and comfortable, with a beautiful view of the river and Oxbow. The location is unbeatable—within a five-minute walk, you have access to incredible restaurants, shops, wine tasting, and the Oxbow Public Market, which is a must-visit for any foodie.

The hotel also offers a complimentary ride to downtown Napa, which is just about five minutes away. We were lucky enough to have Omar drive us every time. He’s super cool super fun in the safe driver. For those who enjoy walking, there are scenic trails along the river that lead right into downtown. Every morning, when you open your blinds, you see families or walking partners walking the trail.

Another highlight was the cleanliness and care of the property. The housekeeping team was consistently kind and attentive, greeting us throughout the day and ensuring we had everything we needed. Even though we didn’t request room service during our stay, they were always available and accommodating. If Chick-fil-A had a cleaning service, they would be it. They’re just an awesome team.

The front desk management team also checked in with us during our stay to ensure everything was going well, which added an extra layer of care and attention. I cannot say enough kind things about this team. They are also the epitome of customer service and satisfaction.

The Napa Valley Wine Train is conveniently located across the street, and surprisingly, it’s not disruptive at all. You barely notice it! We only heard it once in the afternoon—and never in the evening as the train ends at 5 PM. There is also a wine train gift shop with really cool items.

At night, the hotel transforms into a calm, relaxing oasis. The lighting softens, the atmosphere becomes cozy and romantic, and you’ll see guests unwinding—whether working quietly, enjoying time with loved ones, or playing games by the fire. It truly feels like an escape from the outside world.

There are wineries within walking distance including the CIA which is just around the corner.

The Westin Versa Napa Hotel delivers not just a stay, but a breathtaking experience. We will return again and again without hesitation.

We came to memorialize a family member we lost to cancer that was a Veteran. This experience was exactly what we needed to finally have closure.

Thank you to the entire Westin Versa Napa Hotel Team. Everyone on the front end, and behind the scenes we truly appreciated all of your kindness and generosity. We are checking out tomorrow, but we will return soon!! ??☺️”

“Super close to DT Napa. Daily breakfast and happy hour (with real food, not processed junk). My only complaint is that the lighting in the rooms is pretty awful... But the fireplace and GIANT tub almost makes up for it. 🤣”

“Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Archer. Can’t beat the central location, the rooms were so clean (and smelled nice), and the unique art pieces in the hallways were a nice touch. We enjoyed spending time at the spa and rooftop lounge. Definitely looking forward to returning to the Archer.”

“I had a great stay here. I did upgrade myself to the King suite with a balcony so I'm sure that helped with my positive review. The front desk was very friendly and made check in quick and easy. I'd stay here again.”

“They opened up the Wine Valley Lodge to The Covid19 victims. It's been a really nice here, soft beds bathrooms are great quality, and cable TV! The pool is not open yet because they don't want people getting too close to each other because of the covid-19 social distancing same with the picnic area is designated to the Smokers”

“Reminded me a lot of the Archer Hotel Napa and was a modern, downtown vibe, right in the middle of everything. Great location if you like being close to the hustle and bustle.

The room was fine. Bathroom was fine. Nothing wrong, just nothing particularly memorable either. There was live music in the lobby (I’m guessing because the rain pushed things off the terrace), which added energy downstairs. That said, our room was pretty loud until later in the evening between the music and street noise right outside.

Nothing really stood out as exceptional, but valet deserves credit as they had our car ready without delay for a very early morning departure and flight, which we appreciated. We also didn’t receive the bottled water at check-in and forgot to circle back on it, which would’ve been nice later in the stay.

Overall: solid downtown option, but more about location than standout experience.”

“The Meritage resort and spa is almost like a village with its own bowling alley, tasting sellers, tiny little grocery store, which sells tiny little bottles of patron tequila, and kind of reminds me of a good place to take your company president club if you wanted to stay local in California. It’s got two swimming pools, the one I saw on a Wednesday afternoon was very calm. Some kids splashing inside it very well-behaved. It’s got like a concert venue with a cement and grass. I mean, fake turf paver area in front of the stage and apparently they had Willie Nelson come recently. Overall, I’m not sure I would stay here for $358 a night which is the current price on Booking.com. They do allow dogs and a small dog is $100 for pet fee per night.”

“Awesome Hotel! Every time i have a request for any staff member, the conversation takes about 30 seconds and it’s already taken care of. Extremely well run establishment!! Loved my stay here!”

“We had a lovely stay here over 4 nights in June 26. The property is a clear step up from IHGs value oriented brands like Holiday Inn, but compared to other US Hotel Indigo’s I can see why some reviewers feel it doesn’t live up to their expectations. Overall our room was clean and spacious. The decor was plain and inoffensive - not like other Indigos which tend to have some personality. However what keeps this review at 5 stars is the wonderful staff who went out of their way to help us on multiple occasions (shout out to Laurice!) and the great location - easy access to downtown Napa and minutes away from Yountville make it a great base for exploring the valley. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again using points or on midweek rates. High weekend rates might make me think twice.”

“Had a lovely time here. Good location and had nice events like wine tasting hour. Would love to be back during warmer weather to enjoy the pool and more of the outdoor activities such as corn hole and darts!”

“Probably is the best motel we ever stayed US. Clean and beautiful rooms, everything is new and beautiful design! It was a pleasure to stay here! 😍 definitely we will be back!”

“Rooms are incredibly spacious. Balcony is great. One of our 4 rooms had the largest bathroom I've ever been in. View of the ice rink is beautiful. Comes with a full kitchen with all the amenities. Beds are large and very comfortable. You can also reserve the bowling alley inside of Crush lounge, which is across the street, and has good food & drinks. Be sure to make reservations for any of the restaurants in the area that you want to visit”

“The rates per night are great compared to other lodges in the area. There is a movie theater and shopping close by. Also located 5 mins from Downton Napa. The service is average, the place seems understaffed during breakfast and the front desk staff seem bothered when needing assistance. We did appreciate the complimentary Coffee & Tea bar. There is also a pretty nice, albeit small, gym. As well as a pool and spa.

Complimentary breakfast is included with your booking (while parking is an additional $18). The breakfast offerings include waffles, cereal, muffins, fruit, oatmeal, eggs, potatoes, sausage, bagels, and toast. Plus apple and orange juice, coffee and tea. The snack bar at front desk is extremely overpriced. Be sure to pack your own snacks, miscellaneous items ahead of time to save.

During our stay there was a wedding, wish we knew ahead of time as navigating the hotel became more challenging because it was crowded. We left an item behind after check-out and housekeeping was nice enough to put it in lost and found for us. We would stay again.

“The hotel is good, very well located in the center and close to everything! But there are a few things to consider: the free parking is quite small, and being in the center, there's a certain amount of noise until later in the day, which can be a bit bothersome for light sleepers.”
