The Best Western Miner's Inn is a hotel that has undergone some changes in recent times. The new managers are working hard to renovate the hotel, and while the process is ongoing, the excellent customer service provided by the staff makes up for the inconveniences. The hotel has faced some challenges in the past, with guests reporting issues such as low water pressure, dirty rooms, and poorly maintained bedding. However, the staff, particularly Patrick and Angel, have been praised for their efforts to accommodate guests and address any problems. One guest even mentioned that Patrick went above and beyond to replace a non-working TV. Despite the ongoing renovations, the hotel has been described as a good value for the price, with a breakfast that didn't make guests sick. The rooms are generally spacious and comfortable, though some guests have reported issues with lumpy beds and slow drains. Overall, the Best Western Miner's Inn seems to be a hotel that is making an effort to improve its offerings, with a dedicated staff that is willing to go the extra mile to ensure a pleasant stay for its guests, both human and furry.
