“This facility and their staff made it so easy to rent a new storage unit. It's rare to find one as big as we did and we wanted to take advantage of help that was offered for us to combine two storage units into one big one. We were able to do it over the phone they were very mindful of our privacy yet made it easy to merge and close out the other units. I will be forever grateful to them! Jeanette helped us and then there was someone else in the office who worked with her and they made it seamless!”

I had a wonderful experience at Storage Stars. I was cleaning out 2 units and the first one they blew it and took it off my monthly bill. Then the 2nd unit I finally got it cleaned out. And before I got back to sleepy and tell them I was out, they had already taken care of the unit and took it off monthly bill. One of the units was hard to lift open, I mentioned to staff and the next time I was there the door had been fixed. All Great remarks nothing BAD”
