    “I went to Lids today around 8pm and let me just start off by saying that the employee Kimmy (I believe that was her name) was super sweet and helpful! It was my first time customizing a hat and i absolutely loved how she gave her input on it & help me what looked better. She deserves a raise, kudos to her!     “Came in last Saturday 1/24/26 in the evening and had a nice experience. Larissa S. Was quick to greet me & let me know she could help if needed. After looking around a bit, I asked her to help me find a certain shoe brand in a size, etc. She was quick and excited to help. People should keep in mind that a lot of common sizes aren't available, but I am certain Larissa would be glad to order them for you. Of course I can buy shoes online, but will go back just for such on point customer service.”

Fitch Parkway, next to a Costco and in front of the future South College Station baseball and softball complex.
