“Brought my car here after a really negative experience at another shop and was nervous to say the least, Mitchell and his team were fantastic and exceeded my expectations, they were super honest and more than fair. Had great communication, were friendly, responsive, and took the time to explain the issue and the next steps with me. Overall such a great experience and will definitely be bringing my car back here if it's ever needed.”

“I hit a deer with my car and it was, unfortunately, totaled. Victoria was especially helpful in helping me understand the process. They were always friendly, professional, and helpful every time I needed to call them. Miracle was incredibly quick in finding all the damage on my vehicle, and sending the invoices to the insurance company. I was waiting on my insurance WAY more often than Miracle. Overall great work at a great price done by great people. 5/5”

“I recently had my LS tractor repaired here. While the overall cost of the repairs ended up being more than I was expecting, I was very impressed with the way they approached the work. The loader valve was one of the major issues, and rather than immediately telling me it needed to be replaced—which would have been the easy and expensive answer—they put real effort into trying to repair it first. I appreciated that. Even though the final bill was higher than I had hoped, I came away believing they genuinely tried to keep my costs as low as possible while still fixing the tractor correctly. I never felt like they were trying to sell me unnecessary parts or take the most expensive route. Sometimes equipment repairs are simply expensive. What matters to me is whether I trust the people doing the work, and based on my experience, I believe this company made a sincere effort to do right by me and provide the best repair at the lowest reasonable cost. I would absolutely use them again.”

“I had a kitten stuck up under my glove compartment (long story). A friend recommend me to see if this shop could help. I was prepared to pay for the labor, but not only did they get the kitten out in less than 20 mins, but they also didn't charge me! I was speechless. These are just good people trying to help. Not make money off people in need. I will definitely use them if I ever have car issues. They earned my trust.”

“Got a used bike KLX 110. Thr original owner put an incompatible shifter arm on it. Technically the service dpt should have caught it but even after a month they were willing to swap it out for an OEM they had on hand. It now shifts easy and my son is happy with it. Only a $30 issue but I appreciate the extra mile!”

“I discovered Mack's Auto Body and decided to see if they could help me with a couple of projects. Shelby and the entire crew were helpful, courteous and honest. They did great work and are not worried about just processing insurance claims. They do things the right way and make you feel hopeful about good, quality work with the older vehicles that so many people are trying to save or keep around. Highly recommend.”

“Crash Champions Collision Repair is the best place. STACY, KAREN, CYNTHIA and everyone there was friendly professional and very welcome. CYNTHIA keeps you updated on every aspect of the repairs. She made the experience less scary and more relaxed. The light came on that indicated that tire pressure was low. I drove it back and STACY was kind enough to put air in the tires. KAREN thank you for the coffee lesson...lol. My experience was fabulous and I would recommend Crash Champions to everyone.”

“I can honestly say I’ve never had a bad experience at any O’Reilly Auto Parts location, but today’s customer service went far above and beyond what I normally experience in retail. With so many businesses dealing with staffing shortages and other challenges that can sometimes affect customer service, exceptional service really stands out. Today’s five stars or more go to Gonzalo at the O’Reilly Auto Parts on Lincoln Road in Yuba City. Gonzalo provided absolutely incredible customer service. He went out of his way to communicate with headquarters to make sure I didn’t lose the rewards I had already earned. I honestly wasn’t expecting him to go to that extent, so I was genuinely and pleasantly surprised, not only by the end result, but especially by the effort he put into helping me. Gonzalo is a great example of what outstanding customer service looks like. His willingness to go above and beyond made a lasting impression, and I hope O’Reilly recognizes him for the level of service he provides. Five stars or more! Thank you, Gonzalo!”
