“I have a 20 year old class A diesel pusher. I bought it late last year and inherited some wear and tear issues. While I was dry camping out of state, I woke up to a large puddle underneath my motorhome. I had it diagnose mobile RV repairman And determined, I had two leaks. One was to my aqua, hot on-demand hot water system, and the other was the hydraulic fitting to my left slide out. The mobile guy I called was under manned and wouldn't be able to fix it and suggested I find a shop where I could take my RV to get this done. I searched yelp and found Hestren's. . I was able to get a hold of The Mechanic, Raul, on his phone. I explained my issues and he invited me to bring it in immediately. I took it to his shop on a Saturday morning, and after he looked at it with a few additional things like a slide out air rubber seal had deteriorated a ceiling vent fan and drivers seat electrical that wasn't working, he estimated it would be done by Wednesday, Friday at the latest. Raul called me early Tuesday afternoon to tell me it was ready to be picked up. I went the next morning and he showed me all the work completed. He even had my worn hoses and rubber seals for me to inspect the show the wear and tear. I was extremely satisfied with Raul's can-do, attitude and workmanship. I also feel that Raul having changed my hydraulic connection rather than replacing the entire 40 feet of hydraulic line saved me an additional $2000. The overall price was very reasonable and money Well spent. I will bring my motorhome back when other issues arrive as I totally trust Raul and his workmanship.”

“I’ve never ordered a custom part for my vehicle from some website online and I must say I’m very pleased with how this purchase from quality power turned out. They were very quick to fulfill the order and were responsive to my emails. I ordered a 240A alternator for my 2013 Hyundai Elantra and it’s working perfectly for what I needed it for. I’m running a single SKAR EVL-12 and when wired for 1200w rms @ 1 ohm, the stock 90A alternator was not even close to enough power for my application. The rpm needle would bounce on bass hits and the amplifier would just enter protect mode constantly. This 240A solved the issue. Keeps my system bumping and the voltage stable, no more fluctuation. Happy I found a good company such as quality power to provide me with the alternator I needed. Thank you!!!”

“This is wordy. I apologize, but take the time to read it if you are looking for a shop with great customer service.

I had a 2:30 appointment for an alignment on my 1999 Lexus LX470. I arrived at 2:15 and was greeted by John (Jay) at the service counter. We completed the paperwork, and Jay offered a variety of options; no pressure or upsell. The Technician, Rene pulled my car into the shop by 2:35. He pulled the tires and balanced /. Rotated them, as requested. He then put the car up on the hoist for an undercarriage this is where the bad news came in. The lower ball joints on both sides were severely damaged, which is likely the cause of the front end wander that I was there to fix. Rene explained that the ball joints would prevent the front end from being aligned. I asked him if he could replace them and he assured me he could. I explained that we were scheduled to leave at 4:30 the next morning for a group trip so “if you can’t finish, you can’t start”. Rene said he would get it done. I went inside and spoke with Ken, the store manager (Jay was on his lunch break). Ken ordered the parts while Rene started the tear down. It was funny because I reiterated to Ken that my wife and I would be leaving at 4:30am and she would not be happy if the car can’t make the trip. Ken assured my “we don’t want any upset wives, we’ll take care of you.” As it turns out, the parts had to be shipped from Rialto to the Yucaipa store, they didn’t get there until after 4:30; the store closes at 7:00! The car had to be put back together and still had to be aligned! Needless to say, as 6:00, 6:15, 6;30 past, I was pacing (I didn’t mention that I waited for the car)… I was pacing and I told Jay, “I’m really nervous. I don’t see him finishing before 7:00. Very calmingly, Jas assured me, “don’t worry, we’re not leaving until your car is ready for your trip”. And they didn’t. Rene and Jay stayed at the store while Rene worked on my car until 9:00; two-hours after the store closed. And they both kept apologizing to me for the inconvenience! They treated my urgency as if it were their own.

THAT is what outstanding customer service looks like! These men didn’t know me form Adam, and they put themselves out to get me back on the road. How easy would it have been to say, I’m sorry, we’ll have to finish it up tomorrow”?”
