“I called them the day after someone clipped my bumper on the freeway. I explained to them that I didn't live in the area, so I needed to know if my car was drivable or if I had to get it repaired before heading back home. I met with Eric, who took a look and explained to me that it was good enough to drive back. Since I didn't want to spend more time in the area, I did not proceed with repairs, but I appreciated the honesty. They could have easily told me that the car was not drivable, just to get my business, but they were completely honest with me and for that I am grateful. Honesty like that is rare in any business, let alone auto repair.”

“Hatfield was great. I had a rock go through my headlight and cause a short in the wiring. They worked with my insurance and helped out whenever they could. It did take a while not because of anything from Hatfield the part needed was on back order. They even set me up with a loaner vehicle while my truck was at the shop. Stand up folks. “We brought our RV in because the generator wasn’t working, it wasn’t turning on. We were notified quickly as to what was causing the issue. The control board had failed and the carburetor had gotten gummed up. Both parts were replaced and we were charged a fair price. Great service and communication.”

“I’ve never ordered a custom part for my vehicle from some website online and I must say I’m very pleased with how this purchase from quality power turned out. They were very quick to fulfill the order and were responsive to my emails. I ordered a 240A alternator for my 2013 Hyundai Elantra and it’s working perfectly for what I needed it for. I’m running a single SKAR EVL-12 and when wired for 1200w rms @ 1 ohm, the stock 90A alternator was not even close to enough power for my application. The rpm needle would bounce on bass hits and the amplifier would just enter protect mode constantly. This 240A solved the issue. Keeps my system bumping and the voltage stable, no more fluctuation. Happy I found a good company such as quality power to provide me with the alternator I needed. Thank you!!!”

“It’s been several years since I had been to Redlands Autozone, but based on my experience today I am going to give 5 stars, a rating I rarely give. A surprise (short) rain revealed that I badly needed new windshield wipers. Since I was already out, I ducked into the Autozone. The young lady at the front desk (sadly, I neglected to get her name) very quickly determined the wipers I needed, despite my ignorance as to specific information. Haven rang up the order and, without prompting, offered to install the wipers. At my age I’m not too proud to accept an offer of help (all the help I can get!), and Haven quickly had the wipers in place. (Of course, now it won’t rain here for six months.) Everyone at the store was very courteous. Since I’m not a car guy I can’t say how efficient Autozone might be in furnishing more esoteric parts, but I have never been disappointed there.”
