“I went there to pick up two toilets I have a vanity that was pre-ordered. I spoke with a young lady named Jackie who was the cashier at the self check out. It was approximately 945 or 10 o'clock in the morning. She helped me locate my order and had a gentleman meet me to pick up the stuff. She also helped me check out and bring all my material out to my truck. She is definitely a asset to your company and wonderful with customer service. She's a keeper....”
“Best customer service hands down. Josh helped me unload two yards of gravel, was very kind and patient by not just dropping the gravel in my driveway. Josh actually shoveled the gravel from the work truck into the wheel barrel. Alex dropped off cinderblock with his personal truck after the store was closed at 7:15 pm. Alex helped move my boat and backed his truck into my backyard and helped hand stack the block. I would never give business to home depot or Lowe's after receiving this kind of service. The selection and value of products this little home town hardware store carries is top notch. The staff are very professional and knowledgeable.
