“Opened an account here after being treated like dog s**t at Chase bank. From the jump they already had better customer service than I've ever dealt with at a bank. It was so easy to open an account it only took about 30 minutes and I'm still so excited to bank with them long term. I also loved the fact that they have several different free debit card designs to choose from and mine came out beautifully and they also give you a temporary card you can use right away so you don't have to go through all that trouble having to go into the branch while waiting for your debit card in the mail. So far I've had a wonderful experience I highly recommend US bank!”
