Just completely the worse bank. Like to discriminate against those who don’t bank with them. There’s a reason why I choose not to bank with them and it’s just all around bad customer service.

This is the worst Wells Fargo branch in California I'm convinced. Please do not come here. Karen and Suzy should be fired. They are both terrible.

No line leading to the helpful, beautifully smiling ladies behind the sneeze guard. Since two of them had no customer at the time, and instead of just skating by, they also assisted my teller with my issue, voluntarily. ? Refreshing. Good job.
