great customer service from raymond today he kept his cool and was extra helpful in a extremely busy store he took his time and was able to take care of my cell service issues appreciate the good customer service it’s rare these days .

I don't like that their personal phone number is nowhere to be found and they only have the spectrum general number posted. I check in store and online and they simply won't provide it. The customer service was good, he had a big smile on his face and greeted us. We canceled our service over the phone (because of how terrible having to make a phone call to Spectrum is and the fact that it's so expensive and they try and sell things to you all the time.) and he took back our modem, router, and payment with no issues nor did he try to sell anything to us which I appreciate.

Maggie was a great customer service representative and helped my husband and I switch cell phone carriers to save us a bunch of money. She also helped us with our home Internet service and talked me through the self installation kit- which helped me install our Internet easily at home. Thanks Maggie!

Their one and a half star review says it all but I'll just add to what everyone else has been saying. Way too expensive for what you get, wifi goes out ALL THE TIME, and customer service is completely useless. I have been on chat with them several times and they basically had me taking my whole house apart in order to fix one simple thing. We will definitely be switching to Frontier. Get your s*** together Spectrum.

A store representative stated that I had no outstanding balance, 6 months later their collections agency is calling with an outstanding bill. The bill time frame is for well after I moved out and canceled service, but there is nothing they are willing to do to remedy it. Do not work with Spectrum unless you want to have your money unnecessarily taken from you.

I walked in at 5:45pm, I knew the store closed at 6pm. I was still in the store before closing and expected to be treated as a customer. My package was not delivered correctly so after speaking with Spectrum on the phone, I was told I could go into the store to make my purchase. That wasn't the case, I get things get mixed up, cool let's take care of it. I just needed to call the 800 # again briefly to find out what happened to my home line. It was 5:57pm and he told me NO I couldn't make the call because they were closing shortly. SPRINT, VERIZON, AT&T WOULD NEVER AND WOULD NEVER KICKED THEIR CUSTOMERS OUT AT CLOSING ESPECIALLY IF YOU WERE IN THE STORE BEFORE THAT TIME. Sergio should have more compassion doing his job. yesterday was frustrating trying to get my phone that was lost during delivery. That would've taken us another 10-15 minutes to settle, whether or not I walked out with a phone that night or not. I am a new customer switching over from VERIZON..we would've gotten everything I needed taken care so that the next day all I had to do was wait for an email from claims. I AM UPSET at the service I received was low effort. MAKES ME WANNA SAY FORGET IT AND GO BACK TO VERIZON.. haven't gotten my phone yet anyways, so what am I really losing!?!! Bad customer service, yeah I'll drop that in a heart beat. && What's up with your retail phone!?!! I call the number and keep getting disconnected because "this line is for new members only" on both of options..what? TF. Y'all don't want to be bothered?? Fix your phone so your regular customers can call into the store.

It has a new location, in the Vons Shopping Center, Yucca Valley.Cable TV, Internet/Wi-Fi, Landline phone, and Mobile/Cell Phone service. All in one new, convenient location!

Do not fall for cheap price they advertise on their website. Trustworthiness in being on top of your bills does not count in their world. They have weird business practices contrary to what is common in the business world. They will punish you for being a trusted long term client. As soon as your 12 month is up, expect to be part of those of us who have no choice, but tied to their service. They raise fees when they want to and no question asked or prenotice given. I have autopay setup to avoid being late, and there was a time I had to pay late penalty fee. How can you be late when your account is set to autopay? Weird means truly weird when it comes to Spectrum. If anyone has found different service provider here in the high desert, please, let us know. I will be the first to ditch Spectrum forever....!
