“To a man, the crew in Yucca’s American Tire Depot is top notch.
Super friendly and always ready to take time to solve your auto concerns.
Add in free tire repair even if you didn’t but yours there and it’s the place to go first.”
“Excellent experience! They replaced my tie rods, front and rear shocks, and did an alignment on my small rv.
The communication was excellent and professional, plus they were able to get the job done the same day! I'm so happy and my rig drives so smooth now.
I would highly recommend this shop.”
“I had a minor problem with my car that needed fixing before driving it. I had no idea who to call on the weekend, but John’s place was open. I called and someone picked up immediately and was able to stop by within the hour. They were extremely efficient and fixed my car in no time. Because it was a quick, but important and necessary fix, they didn’t even charge me. Unreal! I highly recommend this business. I was treated so well and kindly. Thank you!”
“Excellent customer service and let me see the problem on my cars control arms and explained to me the cause and the solution, as a female active duty service member I'm thankful to have a mechanic that I can trust while being so far from home. Highly recommend”
“I was stranded out on a country road headed towards Palm Springs. Had to get towed to this location — and thank god I was. Their staff were extremely friendly and very helpful. Jim offered a helping hand to me and drove me to my motel, and on top of that, picked me up to bring me back to the tire shop to get my car. The tires were ordered, delivered, and installed all within less than a day. I am very lucky to have fallen into the hands of these great employees and people. Jim, thank you so much again for not only attending to my vehicle issues, but also for being such a kind-hearted and generous person.”
