“I have never had an one single problem with my UPS store here in Woodland, CA. The employees are respectful and extremely quick! I once went in to drop off a package and there was about 20 people that had lined up all about the same time and they got through the entire crowd in less than 10 minute, which actually is incredible especially because the have great teamwork amongst themselves, I overheard them asking each other question then quickly showing them how to do it in a nice manner. So overall this is always a 10 out of 10 experience at UPS.”

“The carriers of this post office are a little slow but the staff inside, including the Post Mistress are wonderful. I've come in a few times, most recently to update my voter registration in time for the election. My only critique is that they need to do a better job of keeping their forms fully stocked. If it hadn't been for my mother pointing out there was one more voter registration form, I'd have stood in line for 10 minutes to ask for a form that was there. Nothing to mark them down for, as their friendliness makes up for that.”
“Today I mentioned to our carrier Becir, that a resident has not received her package containing her medication. The tracking said it was delivered on a day he was off. He immediately began to search for it and discovered it was delivered to the wrong complex. He then hand delivered the package to her. He went ABOVE AND BEYOND!!!!”
