“I have no idea while the other customer gave this bank one star. I love the bank and have been with them since 2014. I moved my mother out here from ** in the final year she was with **, and the bank helped set up a separate health account then followed through her final months. Every time I have needed something or assistance, they were there for me. I am in my 60s and this is the best and most friendly bank I have been with during my adult life. And that is after having accounts in 8 other states, while I moved about during my military career.”

I feel incredibly fortunate to have been directed by another small business owner to April O'Neil, VP of Senior Relationship Management, who showed me a level of promptness, professionalism, kindness, and care that I've so rarely experienced. I had found out late about the last round of PPP opening up and had less than a week to get everything submitted, but April made sure it happened, even assisting me in her off hours and weekends, which I certainly did not expect. She notified me on updates every step of the way and guided me through the loan forgiveness process as well. “This bank is phenomenal! I have started my own consulting business and struggled opening a business account with 3 other corporate banks. I was about to give up until I visited First National Bank. To begin, they are NOT a corporate bank like Chase, they are a local bank specific to Colorado. Their philosophy is customer service and NOT just to take your money. There are no frills opening an account and they give you checks right away. Rhonda was amazing to work with. I truly felt valued after leaving her office. I plan on opening my kids bank account with them after my wonderful experience. If you are a SBO, trust me, this is the bank that has your back!”
“I just moved to the area and started banking here. My experience was better than what I've ever had working with a bank. Everyone is very professional and kind. My accounts were set up and everything was done in a timely matter. I worked with Darlene who was very professional and fast.At first my funds were on hold because my account was a new one. When I realized I needed the funds sooner than planned, Darlene went above and beyond to confirm that the money was legitimate and was able to grant me access to my funds sooner than expected. “Ent Credit Union at Interquest was able to provide medallion and notary services after one phone call to schedule meeting, and one hour to complete the meeting. Mr. Cory Parry was professional, efficient, and extremely helpful in completing the multiple forms that we presented to him. In contrast, we first tried to obtain the same services from the W Baptist Rd branch of Chase Bank but were slow-rolled for four weeks, and we finally gave up on them. We should have started with Ent instead!!”
“29 Jul 23 - I have had my money at First Bank since I moved back to Colorado Springs around 1982 after being stationed at March AFB CA. My husband and I both retired from our jobs and came to live here. He from the Air Force and I working for civil service as a secretary for the Air Force. Recently I got scammed on the phone and called them to freeze my account. The next day I went in and they were very helpful doing all the paperwork to change my account number. Highly recommend First Bank because they are one of the top banks in Colorado Springs.”

“Great staff at this location. Business services are limited on-site to just basic CK & SAV accounts & maintenance. This is apparently the result of Chase Corporate pulling other business services to centralized locations nationally. Hence, if you want more business services you are given a phone number to call. That said, the staff at this location is great and has been very helpful.”

The inside ATM is apparently available only during business hours. The mobile app works great; and the online site is very easy to navigate. ENT Credit Union gets a very strong recommendation.”

Rachel was so helpful and knowledgeable about all of the questions I had and even made an appointment with one of their representatives about investing! I didn't even know they had options for IRAs and CDs. They even offer telehealth to their member.... you can say I was surprised by how much they offer and how knowledgeable their staff are (especially Ms. Rachel)!”
