“Broke down in a new RV and met Leonard who really went out of his way to assist us! It was a HOT day! He sat out in the heat with us running his computer to help figure out what was going on with our rig. He was able to provide more info than we expected which was a huge help. He peaked under the hood and noticed a hose had came loose which he helped fix then ran systems and got us back on the road. Akron is super small and Leonard was the only one able and willing to touch our RV. Cant thank you enough Leonard!! Thought for sure we had to be towed and our much needed trip was over. You gave us much more than a road side assist!! Military leave is rare for us and we needed this!!! Hope your good deeds come back ten fold. God bless!”
