“Kiva is a great apartment complex to live in. When my partner and I were searching for places, the Kiva apartments were the nicest, cleanest, and most spacious at a very affordable price. Tony and his team have always been absolutely fantastic - just genuinely nice, responsive people. We really liked living at the Kiva apartments, and the bathrooms and kitchens in the apartments are so nice!! Spacious and lots of outlets (which can be rare and I miss now!). My only warning is that the 2nd floor apartments get very warm in the summer (though this is standard for any 2nd floor anywhere) - so be prepared to get some form of portable AC or something. We left only because we were moving out Colorado for work, otherwise we would have stayed at Kiva. Definitely recommend these apartments!”

“I don't write a lot of reviews (unless it's exceptional or subpar service) but I'm one who reads tons of reviews and they have swayed my decisions in the past. I have lived at the Kiva Apartments since September and have a storage unit at Southside Rentals. They are managed by the same person. I needed a pet friendly place and the Kiva Apartments were the only option I could find. I was relocating from Texas so I didn't have an opportunity to look at the apartment ahead of time. I figured if it was a dump, I'd move after a year. I was pleasantly surprised at how well kept the apartment was and it was clean. I live in a spacious 2 bedroom apartment with a kitchen that has lots of storage. I only needed a small storage unit because I downsized from a 4 bedroom 3200sf home. The manager Tony is friendly and helpful. He even remembers me by name. I've had a few minor work requests and they are handled asap. Craig the maintenance man gets the job done quickly. He also works hard to keep the parking lot, sidewalks and stairways clear of snow. They are respectful and work harder than they have to considering these Apartments basically rent themselves since they are a pet friendly place. The parking lot is well lit so I feel safe here. The storage unit is fenced in and access is with a fob so even my overflow of items are safe and secure. I highly recommend Kiva Apartments and Southside Rentals.”
