“I had a total knee replacement in Colorado Springs. I was sent home Saturday afternoon needing a liter of oxygen. The hospital sent 2 tanks to get me home. They called Rotech in Alamosa to have them set me up with a concentrator. 10 minutes after we arrived home, James Hernandez was here with the equipment to set me up. It was after office hours late at night and on a weekend, but he was so cheerful and friendly and very assuring that he didn’t mind being here. What a great employee who works for this company to get my needs for oxygen met!”
