“With the most recent Samsung update, some unwanted shortcut widgets appeared on my phone's home screen. We stopped in to the AT&T store to get assistance to reset to the default settings. The staff there was friendly, welcoming, and willing to help in any way possible. He quickly resolved the issue without a long wait time and we were able to get on with our day.
