“Well I’m a very satisfied customer and today I was in the Alamosa, CO store with a problem with my Netflix account and a new SIM card I’d just bought. As usual they were very ver helpful to me and solved my problem even when the Netflix customer service person couldn’t get it solved for me. Bianca, Stephanie, and Jorge really helped me out big time!!! They’re always very helpful and always have great customer service skills that they share!
