“clean, easy access, and fantastic customer service! they are always friendly and professional on the phone. but the really "wow" service came when i had to unload my rental truck in the snow. once the truck was empty, i was unable to get out (spinning wheels). i called the office and Pete came to fairplay and plowed a path for me to exit the lot. very impressed.”

“I am very impressed with this company. It's super easy to rent a unit (and they are reasonably priced) if one is available, and it's also very easy and convenient to make payments online. The units are also really clean. But what's most impressive to me is their customer service. Sure they are always professional and friendly on the phone, but the true test came when I had to unload my rental truck in the snow. When the truck was empty I was unable to leave the property. The truck had traction control, but the snow was just deep enough that the tires just spun. I called the office to explain the situation. In less than 30 minutes, Pete had driven to Fairplay and plowed a path for me to get out. Can't speak highly enough about this company!”
