Kat is a fabulous, caring, knowledgable, friendly, personable and fun person that I had the priviledge to interact with during my brief at the counter ready product purchase. She rocked my universe to infinity and beyond.

Extremely rude staff would not let my spouse use the bathroom during her shopping experience. They refused to provide her the bathroom code when she went in to purchase light bulbs. Even when she showed the staff she had set her product on a shelf so she wasn’t bringing it into the bathroom. Staff was accusatory and made her wait an extended period and nearly refused to let her use the facilities. The female staff member implied that my wife was attempting theft or drug use. She called over the manager instead of providing my wife he code to the bathroom. She was dressed well and wearing work clothes. The only thing that we can think of is discrimination based on her appearance and ethnicity. We will never shop at this Ace Hardware again and I suggest any POC and minorities to avoid this location and inform all of your friends and colleagues that this location and this staff is discriminatory and the customer service is extremely poor. Avoid this store.

The Ace Hardware on 72nd and Sheridan is not very helpful.
The store manager Jeff refused to give me the district manager's phone number when I asked for it and the cashier took off his name tag when I asked for his name.
DO NOT shop at this location unless you want very bad customer service.

Great service and good products. I've had very good interactions every time I shop here. My only complaint is the lag time for screen repair/replacement. It seems there aren't enough qualified individuals available.

This store is very Unorganized and dirty. Enough said. I guess Ace is not the place. Home depot is the place now.
