If I could give a lower score I would. I just went through the drive through to do my banking. Naturally I had to give my drivers license along with my debit card. My debit card, receipt and envelope for my banking was in the tray. I noticed right away my license was not in the tray, so I took the time to check thinking it would be in the money envelope, no such luck. I flagged some down at the window and they took a brief look around and said "we don't have it.". My license went in the bank and didn't come back out after my transaction. I do not understand how they could NOT have it. I will be closing our accounts very quickly. Debbie Barnhill

Katie at the Arvada West location and Melissa at the Highlands Ranch location (both Colorado) were both awesome helping me with getting power of attorney for my parents account. They were friendly and professional as we worked through numerous complications.

Out of all the financial institutions I've had accounts with... This one most certainly ranks worst for customer service so I closed both my accounts. The staff is rude and unprofessional and the heavy set Manager who's name I believe is Bernadette seemed to careless when I brought it to her attention but then again, that's no surprise as her staff is a reflection of herself. I continued my account just long enough to get the $400 promotion deposited into my account, then I withdrew everything and I was gone!

This is the worst location out of all of them. Employees are short, and rude on the phone, their lobby is closed, why? At any rate, I cleaned out my account and am happily with a credit union.

Jenna at the drive up, is very friendly and took the time to remember me by my first name. I only go once a week or so. But I appreciate it, and look forward to speaking with and conducting my business with her every time. A true professional , with a great attitude and personality!!!

We've just switched banks and Katie Salazar made the process easy and pleasant. She took the time to educate us on the different products and set up our accounts. If You want to sit in the drive through for more then an half an hour then come right here.Seriously I have been wait behind one person no one else for 30 mins and it is being to becoming annoying.The amounts of time I takeing me I would rather drive up wadsworth 15 min out of the way because of how slow they are.The only reason I am going to stay is to get the branch managers number to file a complaint.
