  Always have to wait for a very long time only to be told they can not help me. Today they said it would very hard for them to help us because there were only 2 tellers- we were the only customers in there. Not the first time they acted like I was inconsiderate for asking them to help me.
  Plus they don't even have lollipops.

  I needed money for a birthday present, no tellers and 2 people in offices telling me they would be there in a minute. I finally had to go to the ATM which defeated the reason I went inside.

  Refuses to close dead moms account with my name on it and continues to send items through. SCAM!
